Back to business – new ways of working during Covid19

 

New ways of working instore.

With both our stores are now open for business, we would like to thank our wonderful customers for all your support during a very difficult period.
As we begin to adjust to a new normal in store, we have some new ways of working to ensure the safety of both our staff & customers.

  • 2 customers will be allowed instore at any one time.  A doorbell is now on the front door to call for attention should the door be locked when you arrive.  Please be patient – we will be doing our best to help everyone!
  • Hand sanitiser will be available on entry to the store.  We ask you to sanitise your hands and to avoid touching garments unnecessarily.  Our staff are on hand to help!
  • Perspex screens are now in place at the till and fitting areas.
  • Fittings will now be by appointment.  You may still have a fitting on a walk in basis but appointments will have priority.  We are hoping this will save waiting time for customers and allow us to spread customers throughout the day to avoid busy periods.
  • Appointments for fittings can be booked by telephone or email.
  • Fittings will now have a non touch approach.  We have replaced the curtain with a perspex screen.  This allows us to see and offer our fitting advice however, staff will not be in the fitting room with you.  This has been working well so far!
  • Any item that is tried on will be steamed and held in quarantine before being put back in stock.
  • We also ask customers to avoid trying on garments unnecessarily.  A refund service is now available for unsuitable items.

We hope these new ways of working will help all our customers feel safe while shopping with us.
