Once payment for an item has been cleared, we aim to despatch the goods within 2-3 working days, according to the item being in-stock. If an item is temporarily unavailable, then we will email you to advise you on the time frame. Should you be unhappy with the time frame, we will issue you with a refund and cancel the order.
An e-mail will update you of despatch. Using royal mail recorded delivery, delivery should then reach you within 1-2 working days. If you have not received your goods within this time frame, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. If goods despatched from us are lost in post, we will arrange refund to the buyer.
