Our website is designed to give an overview of the collections we have in-store. However, only a small number of ranges will actually be available to purchase online.
For these items that are available to buy online, payment will be made using paypal. This transaction will be instant and all payment information will be corresponded through paypal.
Orchid Lingerie and The Lingerie Room do not or will not hold any payment information or details on paypal customers.
Should you wish to purchase something from our website which is not available to purchase using the online method, please telephone our store. Staff will advise you if the item is available and you may complete a telephone sale using credit/ debit card. This sale will be subject to the same terms and conditions as online sales.
We aim to provide complete customer satisfaction. If goods are purchased in-store and you wish to return an item, we will offer you either an exchange or credit note (Valid for 6 Months) BUT NO REFUND on goods bought in-store.
For online purchases we offer a 7 day refund policy (less p&p) in accordance with legislation on selling goods unseen. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with tags still on. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of briefs, thongs, swimsuits or bikinis unless faulty.
Goods not received in the stated condition will not be accepted and returned to the customer. When goods are received by us, we will arrange refund using the original method of payment. We will not be responsible for goods lost in post.
Items will be posted using 1st class recorded delivery for UK addresses. If you wish for a different method e.g next day please contact us to arrange.

CUSTOMS & DUTY
Customers are responsible for any import duties & taxes which may be levied on any shipment outside Europe plus any added charges for Customs clearance.
